The Domain Name Brokerage Process www.VPN.com Has Now Dismissed a Lawsuit Case Against Mr. George Dikian, the Pseudonym of Domain Name Investor Mr. Eitan Zviely.

The Domain Name VPN.com Alleged That Domain Name Investors Mr. George Dikian and Mr. Qiang Du Conspired to Trick www.VPN.com Into Sending Crypto Currency Bitcoin in a Fake Domain Name Transaction.  The Domain Name Broker Said Mr. Du Approached it in March 2022 About Buying www.89.com. VPN.com Determined That Mr. George Dikian Owned the Domain Name. After Making Contact Through Email With Someone Claiming to be Mr. Dikian, VPN.com Domain Name Brokered a Deal.

The Domain VPN.com Alleged That Mr. Dikian Insisted on Using an Domain Escrow Service Called Intermediar to Close the Payment Transaction Because it Could Facilitate the Payment in Crypto Currency Bitcoin.  Here’s Where the Possible Alleged Scam Came to a Head. The Person Purporting to be Mr. Du Said he Couldn’t Payment With Crypto Currency Bitcoin Because he’s in China, Which Has a Completely Ban on Crypto Currencies in People Republic of China. So Mr. Dikian Agreed to Accept Two Million Dollars Through The Intermediar and a 250,000 Dollars Payment in Crypto Currency Bitcoinfrom VPN, Which VPN Would Send After it Got its Broker Commission Payout From Intermediar.

Intermediar Informed VPN That it Had Received the Payment, the Domain Name Deal Was Complete, and Payouts Would be Forthcoming. VPN Prematurely Sent the 250,000 Dollars Crypto Currency Bitcoin Payment, Only to Find out later that the deal was not complete and it Was all a Possible Scam.  VPN Sued Mr. Dikian and Mr. Du but Quickly Dropped Mr. Du From the Lawsuit. It Continued to Pursue Mr. Dikian, Who Denied the Allegations and Said That His Email Account Was Likely Hacked and he Had Nothing to do With the Possible Scam.

Today, Lawyers For VPN Filed a Legal Notice of Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice (Meaning it Can’t be Refiled). The Legal Notice States That the Dismissal is Without Costs and is With no Payment Made by Either Party.
